POLICIES, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & LATENESS:  

  • Call or text to book your consultation-845-489-0751.

  • After consultation, call or text to schedule session.

  • Once session is confirmed, call me at the scheduled time.

  • Payment must be received before or right after session.

  • Payment accepted via Venmo, Paypal or Google Wallet.

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled 72 hours (3 days) prior to your session time in order to avoid being charged in full. (If your appointment is at 4pm Sunday, you must cancel by 4pm on Thursday)

  • If you call later than 15 minutes after session start time, session will be cancelled and you will be charged the full rate.

  • All sessions will end on time regardless of when you call in fairness to other clients.

  • Credit Card information may be required to hold your appointment time.  Your card will be charged at the end of your session.

  • If booking a group session and you need to cancel or re-schedule, you must do so with at least 1 week notice.

  • Travel time will be billed to and from in person sessions. Call to discuss your needs and get quotes.

  • All specifics (location, logistics, group size, pricing, cancellation, etc) of group work must be put in writing before confirmation of booking an in-person session.
